Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1979 di Bandung, Jawa Barat dengan hanya bermodalkan dua mesin jahit. Sebuah rumah di Jalan Saad, Bandung seluas 600 m² menjadi lokasi produksi pertamanya sebagai home industry. DATA ANALYST

The Data Analyst will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, provide support for internal, retailer and consumer promotions, and assess future needs and data integrity. He/She must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, analyze evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity
• Collect sales records and trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas
• Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, and recommend promotion or change of product of slow moving.
• Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
• Analyze line of business operations (Sales & Forecast, and operating budgets) to determine performance and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes.
• Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs (by function, process, fixed, variable) per unit and identify a baseline for action.
• Generate ad-hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Business Planning, and Product Mgmt.
• Work with forecasting by providing them with the necessary information and guidance for short and long-range forecast

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 2 years professional experience required; sales analyst role strongly preferred
• Highly focused and results-oriented; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self starter who can motivate others.
• Possess exceptional communication/interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and System reporting tools.
• Effective Time Management skills.
• Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets essential job related documents.
• Ability to present and speak effectively and professionally to all internal and external customers.
